1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zero Day Range, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Subscription & Billing
Zero Day Range offers a monthly subscription at $127/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Acceptable Use
All tools and network access on Zero Day Range are for educational and training purposes only. The Range is a live network — you agree to operate only within its boundaries. You may not use skills or techniques learned on the platform against any external system, network, or individual without explicit authorization. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
4. Internship Hours
Internship hours earned on the platform are tracked and documented through our system. Misrepresentation of hours logged or engagement completion status is prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, curriculum, network infrastructure, and platform features are the property of Zero Day Range. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zero Day Range is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.
